Honeywell Transportation Systems (TS) is comprised of two Strategic Business Units: Honeywell Turbo Technologies (HTT) and Consumer Products Group (CPG). HTT is a global leader for its turbocharging and thermal systems for passenger car and commercial diesel applications. CPG is a global provider of a variety of leading branded automotive products, including the Prestone, Holts, Autolite, Fram, Bendix and Jurid brands. With annual revenues of more than $4B, TS employs over 13,000 in over 30 sites worldwide.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the General Supervisor is responsible for a group of work centers across shifts. The General Supervisor will anticipate production situations and drive actions to eliminate barriers related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement. The responsibilities of the General Supervisor include:

Drive operational excellence across cells 推进卓越生产并贯穿于每个生产线
Meet or exceed AOP commitments for key production metrics 在生产的主要绩效方面要完成或超过AOP年度计划
Coordinate execution of production plan across shifts 协调并确保每班的生产计划实施
Establish, maintain and improve metrics in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost and Continuous Improvement 建立、维护及改善绩效指标,包括安全、质量、交货率、成本和改善等方面
Participate in the built in quality audit and safety investigations 参与“质量始于制造”的审核及安全调查活动
Responsible to oversee the pieces/person/hour in more than one cell. Spend time in the floor /be able to understand what is happening on the floor on an hour-to-hour basis. 全面负责各条生产线的产出/人员/工时,清楚地了解生产线每小时发生的事情
Monitor and evaluate Supervisor goals; driving for standardized effective solutions to existing problems 监督及评估主管的绩效目标,推动标准化工作,有效的解决现场问题
Maintain a strong presence in the manufacturing areas 维持生产区域的出勤率
Reward and recognize individual and team performance. 对表现出色的个人及团队进行表彰及奖励
Provide effective leadership, guidance, coaching, communication, learning and development for the Supervisors 对主管提供有效的领导、导向、指导、沟通、学习及发展
Implements discipline processes to ensure compliance to code of conduct and desired work behaviors 贯彻流程纪律,确保符合行为准则及期望的工作行为规范
