发电机测速装置ZKZ-3T/ZKZ-3S双通道转速监控装置 ZKZ-3/T型转速监控装置由齿盘、传感器及监测装置本体三部分构成。监测装置采用了MCS-51系列单片机系统。系统内部分频后产生测量定时脉冲，周期为2us,其测量精度可达0.01HZ,稳定性高，长期不变。显示电路采用高亮度动态显示方案，亮度高。 信号测量电路有隔离、放大、整形功能，两路信号完全独立，当齿盘信号断线时，自动切入PT信号，0.3V~250V范围内的信号电压能长期可靠工作，300V以内也能断短期可靠工作。测速齿盘将其方波信号取入计算机内，再换算对应的频率、转速、转速百分比等内容提供显示、记忆。ZKZ-3/T测速装置具有机组蠕动报警功能，当机组停机发生蠕动时，便发出蠕动报警信号。 ZKZ-3/T type speed monitoring device is connected with the speed pulse sensor, signal of voltage transformer, the speed of real-time monitoring of hydrogenerator and in the unit the speed output switch quantity signal and corresponds to the rotational speed of the unit, analog signal, automatic start and stop and power plant monitoring system service.
